How do I determine my correct bangle size?
We offer a physical sizing kit that we recommend ordering before your first purchase. Since our bangles do not have clasps, they must fit over the widest part of your hand while remaining snug on the wrist.
What is your typical production timeline?
Each piece is handcrafted to order in our studio. Standard production takes approximately 2-3 weeks before shipping. During peak holiday seasons, this timeline may extend.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
What is your return policy for custom jewelry?
Because each piece is custom-made to your specific size and metal preference, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer a resizing service for a small fee if your bangle does not fit perfectly.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We only use high-quality solid 14k gold (available in yellow, rose, and white) to ensure your heirloom pieces can be worn daily and last a lifetime without tarnishing.
Can I add custom engraving to my order?
Absolutely. Most of our bangles and charms can be personalized with custom engravings. You can select your font and text directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
