At Yearly Co., we want you to cherish your handmade jewelry for a lifetime, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-custom pieces. Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to ensure your jewelry is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Secure the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original Yearly Co. heirloom box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your exchange within 5-7 business days.
